Pediatric Health�s West Chicago office is bursting at the seams! We will be moving to a larger facility to better accommodate our patients. The new office will be located at 956 North Neltnor, Suite 120 in West Chicago. Approximately 1 mile north of our current office, we can be found near Family Video and Aldi�s. Anticipated to open November 1st, we are looking forward to serving our families at our new office. We will update the blog with the official date once we are further with construction.
