New HMO plans that we are now contracted with

We know many of our families are currently in "open enrollment" season with their health plans. Many of our families have called and asked us to join the Naperville Health Care Associates (NHCA) network. We know how important it is to our families to be able to stay with their favorite doc. 

We are happy to announce that effective November 1st, 2010 Pediatric Health Associates will be part of the Naperville Health Care Associates (NHCA) network for Blue Advantage, HMOI and Humana HMO.  If you are in this network you may now choose any of our physicians as your child's primary care doc.   You must call your plan and let them know who you choose as your child's PCP.   You may continue to see any doctor in the practice once you have chosen one of our docs as your PCP.

We are only contracted with these HMO's through Naperville Health Care Associates.  If you belong to a different IPA network (i.e. Fox Valley Physicians or Dupage Medical) you must continue to go to their physicians in order to be in-network.   If you are unsure which network your plan is in please call the number on your insurance card and ask who the plan administrator is.
