PHA's non-profit foundation, CareLink, will be providing a back to school clinic this Sunday, September 9th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.   This clinic is for low income children without health insurance coverage.  A $5 donation is appreciated.  Register your child by contacting Mabel at 630-293-9190.

CareLink's 8th Annual Golf Fundraiser will be held Monday, September 10th at the Bolingbrook Golf Club and you are invited!   Registration starts at 11 am.  Lunch, golf cart, dinner and award ceremony are included in the cost.   Tickets are $200 per person.  Foursomes are discounted to $760. Come enjoy a day of fun in the sun at this challenging course!  You may register at www.carelinkfoundation.org/events.
